Ashley Szlachta, E‐RYT500+, has been a Yoga and Meditation teacher since 2008. Yoga transformed her life and naturally became part of her everyday thinking, living and language. She completed her first Yoga Teacher training with Erica Kaufman in 2010 and traveled and taught at events, studios, corporate offices and universities in New Zealand, Australia, Bali, Europe, and the USA. She pursued master teachers and completed her 500 hr teacher training in Rishikesh Yoga Peeth. She led a Lila Yoga Teacher training in California, graduating the group in 2015 at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Madiram in Chennai, India. She is now living and teaching in Israel at various yoga studios and events, and runs her own Yoga and Spiritual retreats around the country. The foundation of her practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey.

Ashley's group classes are based on the belief that physical and spiritual health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of Ashley's group classes align breathing and physical movement, combining meditation, physical asanas, and energetic awareness to bring lightness and light into the practice.
FREE 7 DAY YOGA CHALLENGE
A 7 Day Journey to deepen your Practice of yoga. This program of 15 minutes per day will give you tools and inspiration to get more out of your practice on the mat. We will approach yoga with curiosity into how and why yoga was made, and what tools does Yoga offer to help me work with deep layers of my bodymind to allow healing and profound understandings to take place.
