The Practice of Yoga brings us Home to Ourselves <3
Ashley Szlachta, E‐RYT500+, has been a Yoga and Meditation teacher since 2008. Yoga transformed her life and naturally became part of her everyday thinking, living and language. She completed her first Yoga Teacher training with Erica Kaufman in 2010 and travelled and taught at events, studios, corporate offices and universities in New Zealand, Australia, Bali, Europe, and the USA. She pursued master teachers and completed her 500 hr teacher training in Rishikesh Yoga Peeth. She led a Lila Yoga Teacher training in California, graduating the group in 2015 at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Madiram in Chennai, India. She is now living and teaching in Israel at various yoga studios and events, and runs her own Yoga and Spiritual retreats around the country. The foundation of her practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey.
